2025 Fall Season Events:
August 30th: Opening Day! (Please check social media for sunflower full bloom status)
September 1st: Labor Day! Open from 10am-6pm
September 12th: Fall Season Begins – Corn Maze, Hayrides, & U-Pick Pumpkins open. Fall admission prices start.
September 19th: Grandparents Day-All Grandparents who bring their grandchild(ren) to the farm will receive Free Admission. Regular admission still applies to children 5 yrs & up.
September 20th: Antique Tractor Show & Caramel Apple Day – Build your own caramel apples. We dip and you choose up to two toppings from 12-4pm on the back porch.
September 27th: Hometown Heroes Day – Free admission for all Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement, & Active Military. Present work ID. Come meet some of our local heroes from 1-5pm.
October 17th: Caramel Apple Day- Build your own caramel apples. We dip and you choose up to two toppings from 4-8pm on the back porch.
November 1st: Last day open for the fall season!
Preparing for your visit:
• Please check the weather before coming to the farm. We post closures on our Hillside Acres Facebook page and Instagram. If we must close outside activities due to rain/bad weather, we will give you a free pass to return at another time of your choice during the season. Admission passes are offered to customers who have been at the farm less than 1.5 hrs. We do not offer refunds.
• Wear comfortable shoes/rain boots that you don’t mind getting muddy if it has rained before your visit.
• Bring a stroller or wagon for small children.
• Pet Policy: Only service animals are allowed on the farm premises.
• Consider reserving a fire pit with a picnic table in Timber Town. They are $32 for 3 hours and we supply the wood.
• Lock up and secure your valuables before entering the farm. If you do loose items, check the lost and found at the admission booth.
• Bring bug spray – just in case the mosquitos are out in Timber Town. There can sometimes be bees in the sunflowers or around the farm. Come prepared if you are allergic.
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind or alcohol is allowed on the property.
• Porta pots are our only restrooms.
• Please help keep our grounds & corn maze clean. Trash cans are provided.
• Supervision Required: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Guests must wear their general admission wristbands at all times within the farm premises for re-entry. If only purchasing from the market or food trailer, no wristband required.
